Committee

The Association is run by a seven-member Management Committee, elected by the General Body for a one-year term. No member may hold the same post for more than three consecutive years.

The seven posts

• President (अध्यक्ष) — to be elected
• Vice-President (उपाध्यक्ष) — to be elected
• Secretary (सचिव) — to be elected
• Joint Secretary (सह-सचिव) — to be elected
• Treasurer (कोषाध्यक्ष) — to be elected
• Auditor (ऑडिटर) — to be elected
• Member (सदस्य) — to be elected

Additional co-opted members may be added later with General Body approval (total not exceeding 15).

How office bearers are chosen

Names are invited at the General Body Meeting; election or consensus follows. Only owners who have cleared all dues by the cut-off date may vote or stand. See the Bye-laws, Chapter VI, for the full election procedure.
