What the Bye-laws cover
- Chapters I–II — name, legal basis, definitions, and the objects of the Association
- Chapters III–IV — membership, transfer, and provisions for unsold flats
- Chapters V–VI — the General Body and the seven-member Management Committee
- Chapter VII — powers and duties of each office bearer
- Chapter VIII — finance: funds, bank operation, ₹5,000 / ₹20,000 thresholds, and mandatory building insurance
- Chapters IX–XII — use of units and common areas, conduct, dispute resolution, amendments, and dissolution
