Bye-laws

The Bye-laws are the formal legal constitution of the Krishna Tower Association of Apartment Owners — covering membership, meetings, the management committee, finances, use of common areas, discipline, and dissolution. As the document to be filed with the Registrar, the authoritative text is maintained in Hindi.

What the Bye-laws cover

• Chapters I–II — name, legal basis, definitions, and the objects of the Association
• Chapters III–IV — membership, transfer, and provisions for unsold flats
• Chapters V–VI — the General Body and the seven-member Management Committee
• Chapter VII — powers and duties of each office bearer
• Chapter VIII — finance: funds, bank operation, ₹5,000 / ₹20,000 thresholds, and mandatory building insurance
• Chapters IX–XII — use of units and common areas, conduct, dispute resolution, amendments, and dissolution
