The rules that will govern life at Krishna Tower, in plain reach for every owner. During the formation phase these are proposed drafts open to member feedback; once adopted at the General Body Meeting and registered, they become the Association's binding documents.

• Bye-laws (उप-नियमावली) — the formal legal constitution of the Association: membership, meetings, the management committee, finances, and more. Changeable only by a 2/3-of-units vote plus Competent Authority approval.
• House Rules (आचरण नियमावली) — day-to-day practical rules: parking, tenants, renovation, noise, pets, visitors, waste. The Committee can update these by simple resolution.
• FAQ — plain-language answers to the questions owners actually ask: registration, money, roles, meetings, membership, insurance.

Bye-laws vs House Rules — think of the Bye-laws as the constitution (hard to change, filed with the Registrar) and the House Rules as the day-to-day code (easy to update as practical needs change).
