House Rules

The House Rules are the day-to-day practical code for living at Krishna Tower — parking, tenant registration, renovation, noise, pets, visitors, and waste. Unlike the Bye-laws, the Committee can update these by a simple resolution. The authoritative text is maintained in Hindi.

What the House Rules cover

1. Parking — allotted-space rule, no commercial/heavy vehicles, no washing or repairs in the parking area
2. Tenant registration — owner must register tenant KYC before move-in; owner remains responsible for dues and conduct
3. Renovation — prior written permission for any structural change; work only in permitted hours
4. General conduct — quiet hours 10 pm–7 am, pets on leash in common areas, no personal items in stairs/lobbies
5. Visitors — logged and confirmed at the gate
6. Waste — dry/wet segregation at the designated time
7. Enforcement — written warning, then fine for repeat violations
