How decisions are made
- Bye-laws can be amended only by members representing at least two-thirds of the units, with Competent Authority approval.
- House Rules can be updated by the Management Committee by resolution, after informing members.
- First committee (proposed Chapter XIII): serves until 31 March 2027. Terms then follow the April–March financial year, with elections every March.
- Money: audit-ready accounts open to every member, and an annual audit by an independent Chartered Accountant.
Office-bearer posts — open for nomination
President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and three Executive Members. A non-refundable contribution of ₹1,000 is payable by each candidate at nomination, credited to the Society fund. Any eligible owner may come forward, and nominees may withdraw until the cut-off recorded by the General Body.
Have a suggestion or objection?
Open the relevant Bye-laws chapter and use its comment form, or go to the Participation Centre. This is how 81 individual views become one agreed rulebook.
Bye-laws vs House Rules — the Bye-laws are the constitution (hard to change, filed with the Registrar); the House Rules are the day-to-day code (easy to update as practical needs change).
