All flat owners are invited to the General Body Meeting regarding the formation and registration of the Krishna Tower Association of Apartment Owners.

Agenda

1. Purpose and introduction — need for the AOA and the builder's handover timeline
2. Clause-wise discussion of the proposed Bye-laws
3. Discussion of the proposed House Rules
4. Consensus on the Association's name, jurisdiction and address
5. Invitation of names for the 7 management posts
6. Signing of the founder-member list
7. Fixing the date of the next meeting for formal election
8. Any other business, with the chair's permission
